Quality Control
Quality control at Rountree Plumbing involves detailed procedures for materials assessment and handling. We provide our own testing and certification of all welders and documentation of all procedures, including weld logs with corresponding isometric drawings, material receiving inspection record forms, and control/instrumentation logs. As a San Mateo County based contractor with a proven quality control track record, we have the benefit of hiring and retaining the most skilled fitters and welders in the business.

The Cutting Edge
In the last three years our engineers have utilized AutoCAD extensively for full 3D rendering of the work site. This process reduces the installed cost to the owner while enabling us to meet very aggressive schedules, giving Rountree Plumbing the competitive edge on high-tech construction.

Safety
With safety of paramount importance in our industry, we have diligently maintained and surpassed Cal-OSHA's requirements for the past nine years. Under the supervision of our Safety Manager, all employees read and fully understand our Safety Protocol, accounts are maintained of mandatory weekly meetings, and all jobsites are routinely inspected. Our present Experience Modification Factor is 0.85.
