Steve Singewald has more than twenty-five years of experience in estimating and managing projects of all types within the industry. Steve has been with Rountree Plumbing since 1967 and has been the president and owner of the firm since 1971.   

Maynard Chadwick
Vice President / Project Executive

Mr. Chadwick has over 35 years of experience in the plumbing and process piping industry, initially as a Plumber and Superintendent, and more recently as a Project Manager and Project Executive.  He specializes in Bio-Technical and Pharmaceutical process piping.  He has served as Project Manager/ Executive for more than 75 Bio-Technical and Pharmaceutical process piping projects.

Maynard is a accredited instructor in isometric drafting, code compliance, and plan-reading through the College of San Mateo and the UA Local 467 Apprenticeship Program.

Linda Collins
Project Manager/Estimator

Linda Collins has over twelve years experience within the construction industry.  She is skilled in project management, estimating, analysis of project budgets, costs, scheduling and profit projections. Linda has developed an extensive working knowledge and experience with property owners, architects, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers in the Bay Area. She is proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Prolog Manager and AutoCad.

Michael Woods
Project Manager / Engineering Manager  

Michael Woods has over three years experience as a Project Manager and Estimator.  He has extensive experience in AutoCAD through version 2000. He has coordinated Rountree’s design and fabrication detailing efforts for numerous pharmaceutical and industrial design/build projects. Michael is skilled in the use of QuickPen Cost Estimating system, MS Project, and numerous other applications.
